Who makes your jewelry?
All items are handcrafted by me, Tiffany, in my Hood River, OR studio. Your new jewelry is custom made to order. Due to this and the use of natural stones, some items may vary slightly from photographs but I promise your new jewelry will be just as beautiful.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. I ship all orders via USPS with upgraded shipping options available. Check individual items for shipping prices. You will receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.
How do you ship?
You're in charge of choosing your shipping carrier and shipping options. I use USPS or Fed Ex.
Do you offer returns?
Items can be returned for any reason within 7 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit. Email tiffany@firemineral to arrange a return.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Checkouts, QuadPay. All payments are processed through Shopify or Paypal so payment information is never retained or viewed by me.

What is Gold Filled?
Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. As a matter of fact, anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled without worries of an allergic reaction to the jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is an economical alternative to solid gold.
Argentium Silver?
Argentium silver is 100% recycled and purer, brighter and whiter than platinum, white gold or traditional sterling. It's hypo-allergenic, antibacterial and the perfect choice for those who are sensitive to metals and traditional sterling or white gold. Argentium silver is highly tarnish resistant, low maintenance, easy to care for and simple to keep clean.
How do I keep my jewelry shiny and new?
Since I use high-quality metals all you should need is a quick polish now and then. I recommend sunshine polishing cloths.
